Kim Phung, operating KonnectSymbols in Pennsylvania, United States, is the controller of personal information described here. Contact privacy@konnectsymbols.com.
2. Information we collect
We process the account name and verified email you provide; securely hashed login credentials and session records; plan and entitlement records; symbols, folders, imports, and settings you choose to store; support or feedback messages; and limited technical logs such as request time, truncated or security-relevant network identifiers, user agent, error details, and security events. We do not use advertising trackers or collect payment-card numbers during the free beta.
3. Why we use it
We use information to provide accounts and private libraries, deliver exports, enforce limits, respond to requests, prevent abuse, debug failures, maintain security, satisfy law, and understand aggregate product usage. Depending on location, our bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where required, and legal obligations.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use the providers listed on our Subprocessors page for hosting, authentication, databases, and object storage. They may process information in the United States and other locations under their contractual safeguards.
5. Retention
Account, cloud project, and library data remains while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. On a verified deletion request, we remove primary account data as soon as operationally practical. Provider-managed recovery copies, if present, follow provider retention controls; KonnectSymbols does not currently promise a specific backup-retention or recovery window. Security, error, support, and feedback records are retained only as long as operational, security, or legal needs require.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent where applicable. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator. Email privacy@konnectsymbols.com; we may verify identity before acting. Our target is to respond within 30 days, subject to applicable law.
7. Security
We use access controls, private storage, encrypted transport, dependency review, and limited operational logging. No service is perfectly secure. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@konnectsymbols.com.
8. Children
The service is for business users age 18 or older and is not directed to children.
9. Changes
We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes.
