KonnectSymbols Catalog License
A proprietary commercial-project license for catalog artwork exported through an eligible account.Effective 2026-08-091. License grant
Subject to the Terms and your plan limits, Kim Phung grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, copy, modify, and embed KonnectSymbols catalog assets in internal or client HMI, SCADA, control-system, process-display, documentation, and engineering project deliverables.
2. Permitted distribution
You may deliver a completed project containing the assets to your employer, customer, system integrator, or project operator. Embedded assets may be editable where the target HMI system requires it. Your customer may use them as part of that delivered project.
3. Restrictions
You may not sell, sublicense, publish, share, or distribute catalog assets as standalone files, source libraries, templates, stock artwork, design-system components, model-training data, or competing symbol packs. You may not make the catalog broadly available outside a completed project, nor bypass access controls or plan limits.
4. Guest previews
Guest watermarked exports are for evaluation only and may not be used in production or client deliverables. Free-account exports are licensed for permitted projects within the account’s current limits.
5. Editable projects and your content
You retain ownership of artwork you independently upload or create. Catalog-derived Builder artboards, components, states, project packages, and other editable outputs remain licensed project outputs under this license. Your additions remain yours, but neither the editable project nor its incorporated catalog geometry may be redistributed as a standalone template, source library, component collection, or competing symbol pack.
6. Standards and endorsement
The catalog is independently developed. It is not certified or endorsed by ISA, IEC, ISO, or any standards publisher and does not replace current standards, project requirements, or engineering review.
7. Termination
This license ends if you materially breach its restrictions. Completed project deliverables created while compliant may continue to be operated, but you must stop new copying and distribution and delete standalone catalog copies in your control.
